WASHINGTON — A delegation of Nevadans representing business, education, community organizations, small‑business and ethnic media took part in EducAsian, an advocacy program of the Asian Community Development Council and One APIA Nevada, gaining a direct look at how federal policy is shaped on Capitol Hill. A breakout group from the full delegation meets with staff at the office of Representative Horsford. The visit came one day after the group attended the APAICS Legislative
