Nevada Secretary of State Francisco “Cisco” Aguilar appeared on ACDC’s Filam in Focus on PHLV Radio, joining host Edelweiss Solano, Senior Director at the Asian Community Development Council (ACDC), for a wide‑ranging conversation on voting access, election security, and the importance of community participation in democracy.
