LAS VEGAS — The Filipino American Museum is now officially open after a ribbon cutting held Friday, June 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the Boulevard Mall, marking a historic milestone for Nevada’s Filipino American community. The opening stands as a signature highlight of the 128th Philippine Independence Day celebration, observed this year by the more than 200,000 Filipino Americans living in Nevada, one of the largest and fastest‑growing Fil‑Am populations in the United States.
