PHLV Radio Program Receives Radio Journalism Award at 2025 Migration Advocacy and Media Awards

PHLV Radio’s program Immigration Law On Your Side has been honored with the Radio Journalism Award (Best Regular Radio Program) at the 2025 Migration Advocacy and Media (MAM) Awards, organized by the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) under the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines.
Co-hosted by Atty. Flomy Diza of Reeves Immigration Law Group and PHLV Radio CEO Johann Sayson, the program was recognized for its dedication to informing and empowering overseas Filipinos through clear and impactful discussions on U.S. immigration law, while raising awareness of the challenges faced by the Filipino diaspora.
This year’s awarding ceremony in Manila celebrated 18 winners chosen from 95 entries across 17 countries, highlighting outstanding media works that shaped public perception, raised awareness, and chronicled the inspiring and challenging stories of Filipinos abroad.
PHLV Radio joined a distinguished roster of honorees, including ABS-CBN’s Charo Santos-Concio, GMA Network’s Jessica Soho, GMA Pinoy TV Podcasts, and OMNI Television (Filipino Edition) in Canada’s Marieton Pacheco and Rhea Santos.
The MAM Awards continue to spotlight the role of media in advancing public understanding of migration and championing the global representation of overseas Filipinos.
