LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas Aviators will host the 2nd Annual Filipino Heritage Night on June 6 at Las Vegas Ballpark in Summerlin, bringing together one of the valley’s fastest‑growing communities for an evening of culture, entertainment, and baseball.

The celebration will feature a full slate of pre‑game festivities, including a free Filipino festival staged behind the stadium. Local performers, cultural groups, food trucks, vendors, artists, and community creators are set to participate, with a large flash mob planned as one of the night’s centerpiece attractions.
Event organizer Charlene Carabeo Tappeiner of VegasFilipinos.com said the goal is to elevate visibility and unity within the Filipino community. “We want to bring everyone together and show how strong, talented, and proud our Filipino community is here in Las Vegas,” she said during a recent interview at PHLV Radio.
The program will highlight Filipino music, dance, and family‑centered activities before the Aviators take the field. Organizers expect a strong turnout, noting that last year’s inaugural celebration drew significant support from families, local businesses, and cultural groups across Southern Nevada.
Filipino Heritage Night continues to grow as a platform for representation and community pride, offering attendees a chance to celebrate heritage while enjoying a summer evening at the ballpark.
